The guest speaker for the first session of Pioneer One Talks was Mr. Jai Hari, a Practicing Company Secretary in Chennai with atleast 15 years’ experience in the field of corporate secretarial practice including accounting, advisory and compliance.
He provided valuable inputs on corporate governance and offered a different perspective on the nuanced provisions of Companies Act, 2013. He offered tips and suggestions for checking compliance with the Companies Act on a day to day basis during the initial recognition and recording stage of a transaction. He ended the discussion with a short note on the future of corporate secretarial law and the changes we can expect.
