Notice of situation or change of situation of registered office

Purpose of e-Form INC-22

  • The company is required to furnish to the Registrar verification of its registered office in e-Form INC-22 within a period of 30 days from the date of its incorporation.

  • Any change in situation of the registered office thereafter, the company is required to notify to Registrar in e-Form INC-22 within 15 days of such change.

Processing Type

e-Form INC-22 will be processed by the office of Registrar of Companies

1. Fee for filing e-forms or documents in case of company have share capital
