As per amendment dated 3rd Jan 2020 in Rule 8A of The Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014

For registration of charge as provided in subsection (1) of Section 77, Section 78 and Section 79, the particulars of the charge together with a copy of the instrument, if any, creating or modifying the charge in Form No CHG-1

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (4) of section 139, sub-sections(1) and (2) of section 140, sub-section (3) of section 141, sub-sections (2), (3), (8) and (12) of section 143, sub-section(3) of section 148

In exercise of powers conferred under sections 173, 175, 177, 178, 179, 184, 185, 186, 187, 188, 189 and section 191 read with section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 and in supersession of the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 123 read with section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and in supersession of the Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956 and other Rules

Without prejudice to the provisions contained in this Act, a company shall unless otherwise prescribed, make investment through not more than two layers of investment companies.

A company may advance any loan including any loan represented by a book debt, or give any guarantee or provide any security in connection with any loan taken by any person in whom any of the director of the company is interested
