a) 1. The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars, details and situation of Property, Plant and Equipment and relevant details of right-of-use assets.

b) Property, Plant and Equipment and right-of-use assets were physically verified by the management during the year, in accordance with an annual plan of verification, which in our opinion is reasonable having regard to the size of the Company and the nature of the Property Plant and Equipment and right-of-use assets. According to the information and explanation given to us, no material discrepancies were noticed on such verification.
c) Based on our examination of records and according to the information and explanations given to us, the title deeds of all the immovable properties (other than properties where the company is the lessee and the lease agreements are duly executed in favour of the lessee) disclosed in the financial statements are held in the name of the company.
d) Based on our examination of records and according to the information and explanations given to us, the Company has not revalued any of its Property, Plant and Equipment (including right-of-use assets) and intangible assets during the year.
e) No proceedings have been initiated during the year or are pending against the Company as at March 31, 2022 for holding any benami property under the Benami Transactions (Prohibition)Act, 1988 (as amended in 2016) and rules made thereunder.
LAURUS LABS LTD
(i) (a) A. The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars, including quantitative details and situation of property, plant and
equipment, capital work-in-progress and relevant details of right-of-use assets.
B. The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars of intangible assets.
(b) The Company has a program of verification of property, plant and equipment, capital work-in-progress and right of-use assets so to cover all the items once in every 3 years which, in our opinion, is reasonable having regard to the size of the Company and the nature of its assets. Pursuant to the program, certain property, plant and equipment were due for physical verification during the year and were physically verified by the Management during the year. According to the information and explanations given to us, no material discrepancies were noticed on such verification
(c) Based on our examination of the registered sale deed provided to us, we report that, the title deeds of all the immovable properties (other than properties where the Company is the lessee and the lease agreements are duly executed in favor of the Company) disclosed in the financial statements included in property, plant and equipment, capital work-in-progress are held in the name of the Company as at the balance sheet date. Immovable properties of land whose title deeds have been pledged as security for Term loans and working capital limits are held in the name of the Company based on the confirmations directly received by us from lenders.
(d) The Company has not revalued any of its property, plant and equipment (including right of use assets) and intangible assets during the year.
(e) No proceedings have been initiated during the year or are pending against the Company as at March 31, 2022 for holding any benami property under the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 1988 (as amended in 2016) and rules made thereunder.
DODLA DIARY LIMITED
(i) (a) (A) The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars, including quantitative details and situation of Property, Plant and Equipment.
(a) (B) The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars of intangible assets.
(b) According to the information and explanations given to us and on the basis of our examination of the records of the Company, the Company has a regular programme of physical verification of its Property, Plant and Equipment by which all property, plant and equipment are verified every year. In our opinion, this periodicity of physical verification is reasonable having regard to the size of the Company and the nature of its assets. No material discrepancies were noticed on such verification.
(c) According to the information and explanations given to us and on the basis of our examination of the records of the Company, the title deeds of immovable properties (other than immovable properties where the Company is the lessee and the lease agreements are duly executed in favour of the lessee) disclosed in the standalone financial statements are held in the name of the Company.
(d) According to the information and explanations given to us and on the basis of our examination of the records of the Company, the Company has not revalued its Property, Plant and Equipment (including Right of Use assets) or intangible assets or both during the year.
(e) According to information and explanations given to us and on the basis of our examination of the records of the Company, there are no proceedings initiated or pending against the Company for holding any benami property under the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 and rules made thereunder.
SAGAR CEMENTS LIMITED
(i) (a) (A) The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars, including quantitative details and situation of property, plant and equipment, Capital work-in-progress and relevant details of right-of-use of assets.
(B) The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars of intangible assets.
(b) The Company has a programme of verification of property, plant and equipment, Capital work-in-progress and right of use of assets so to cover all the items once every three years which, in our opinion, is reasonable having regard to the size of the Company and the nature of its assets. Pursuant to the programme, certain property, plant and equipment were due for verification during the year and were physically verified by the Management during the year. According to the information and explanations given to us, no material discrepancies were noticed on such verification.

(b) The Company has a program of verification of property, plant and equipment and capital work in- progress to cover all the items in a phased manner over a period of three years, which, in our opinion, is reasonable having regard to the size of the Company and the nature of its assets. Pursuant to the program, certain property, plant and equipment were due for verification during the year and were physically verified by the Management during the year. According to the information and explanations given to us, no material discrepancies were noticed on such verification.

SUPREME INDUSTRIES LIMITED
a. In respect of Company’s Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) and Intangible Assets:
A. The Company has maintained proper records, showing full particulars, including quantitative details and situation of PPE and relevant details of right-to-use assets.
B. The Company has maintained proper records showing full particulars of intangible assets.
b. As explained to us, the Company has a phased program for physical verification of the PPE for all locations. In our opinion, the frequency of verification is reasonable considering the size of the Company and nature of its PPE. Physical verification of the assets has been carried out during the year pursuant to the programme in that respect. According to the information and explanations given to us and on the basis of our examination of the records, no material discrepancies were noticed on such verification.
c. According to the information and explanations given to us and on the basis of our examination of the records of the Company, the title deeds of immovable properties disclosed in the financial statements included under property, plant and equipment, other than properties where the company is lessee and lease agreements are duly executed in favour of the Company, are held in the name of the Company except the following:
